Dylan Davis

Discovering my purpose is the most wonderful gift that I could have received in this lifetime. Knowing the one thing I felt I absolutely couldn't live without. Working Out. Pun - Intended. I was born to be an athlete, and I do mean that literally and figuratively. To run, to jump, and to compete in all aspects of life. I can spend all of my waking hours in the gym lifting weights and working on my physical fitness. And let's just be honest, the aesthetics that come with it won't hurt your pursuit in attracting your attraction. And for me, I don't think I'd be emotionally stable without it. My mental and spiritual health seems to be my most trained virtue during my training sessions. I've lost track of how many times I've talked myself off the ledge during a music filled, focused rage training session. At some point during all of my workouts, this thought crosses my mind, "Everything is going to workout for you." I know then that I'm where my purpose is. About Stri8tionS

Hello. My name is Dylan Davis and I am Certified Personal Trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine. I was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi in where I started my fitness journey as kid racing from stop sign to stop sign, doing as many backflips on the trampoline as possible, and putting 100,000 miles on our bikes in a year through any and every terrain that our inner tubes could take. As yes, we serviced our own bikes! I currently personal train in the Dallas Uptown Area at the Moody Family YMCA in Highland Park, but I also run my private business "Stri8tionS" in which is why you're here. I started up Stri8tionS in 2021, and three years later, I'm still here. I train my clients through Stri8tionS at NXT Rep Fitness in Dallas, Tx. I also travel to  client homes in the area and  run group classes on occasion at Germany Park in Highland Park, Texas. I've trained clients from the ages of 8 - 98 working with kids, seniors, and athletes from sports to strength training, corrective exercise and functional movement, wellness, nutrition, and weight-loss. My sweet spot seems to be my middle agers training to stay healthy and fit for their kids and spouses while continuing to do the sports they love, hobbies they love, and enjoying their adventures and vacations pain free. I truly want you to be your best self in this life. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. I say all that to say, Join Stri8tionS Today!
